- 2 medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped

Prepare your ingredients by washing, coring, and roughly chopping the apples, peeling and chopping the carrots, and peeling and chopping the fresh ginger. Ensure all pieces are small enough to fit into your juicer or blender.

Feed the chopped apples, carrots, and ginger through your juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions. If using a blender, add the chopped produce and 0.5 cup of water to the blender pitcher.
